As each year, the organisers of the Houffalize Bike Festival will do their best to welcome the members of the press in the best conditions possible.
Press room
Situated in the “LycĂ©e” with a parking nearby.
Access by car will be indicated from the Libramont road.
access on foot will be easy from the starting line through a bridge behind the fire station.
The press room will offer wifi connection as well as high speed internet cables. Fax and phones available.

Press kits
During the press conference or at the accreditation withdrawal, journalists will receive a press kit that includes the following information: presentation of the event, results of the previous editions, prĂ©cĂ©dentes, program and timing of the contests, general information about the event …
Press release and distribution of the information
Start lists and results will be made available as soon as possible to the media in the press room as well as on the website of the organisation.
Interviews
The post-competition interview area is situated near the finish line and he podium. Priority will be given to television channels.
Press tag
Accredited journalists and photographs (si accreditation page) will receive an organisation tag to grant them access to the competition site as well as the press room.
Photographers and cameramen
Photographers and cameramen admitted on the finish line sill HAVE TO wear the tunic delivered by the organisation following recommandations of the UCI. Those tunics will be delivered at the press center during the accreditation withdrawal in exchange of a 20€ deposit.
Shuttles
As the track will be easily accessible on foot from the press room, there will be no shuttles for journalists this year.
Catering
On Saturday 14th and Sunday 16th of April, a buffet and a seront will be open in the press room for the members of the media. Only accredited media will have access to it.

Accreditation requests are to be filed online here
Only the requests duly filled in will be taken into account by the organisation.
